7 Days. 80 miles of chaos. He’ll need everything he’s got to get home.

From the 4.5-million copy bestselling author comes a new trilogy – 7 DAYS.

Chris Olson is a autoworker in Detroit, commuting every day from his home 80 miles away. When the lights go out one afternoon and the city descends into panic and chaos, he only has one choice: try to make it home by any means possible.

On a small, 20-acre farm outside rural Williamston, MI, Izzy Olson and her three children (John, Steve and Ally) first realize something’s wrong when Chris doesn’t call to say he’s on the way home from work. As neighbor turns against neighbor in the aftermath, Izzy’s only thought is for the survival of her children – and the dwindling hope that she’ll see her husband again.

Taking place in the immediate aftermath of a global disaster, 7 DAYS is a close-up, nitty-gritty look at one small family and how they cope with the events surrounding them. There’s no globe-trotting or country-wide travel, no superhuman feats, no government or foreign intrigue, and no preppers who have everything figured out.

7 DAYS is about a real family in a close, zoomed-in setting who are dealing with the harsh, minute-by-minute realities of the world, and the successes and failures that come along with every hard-earned moment.
