A 43-year-old Game Warden Witch
A Gargoyle Sheriff with a Detective Daughter
And an Enchanted Island Full of Secrets
Game warden Shayla Loci-Stone and Needles are on the south side of the island when they receive a call from Wendy Frans and her weasel-shifter boyfriend, Spencer Salter. The two lovebirds were responding to a call for roadside assistance when they stumbled across something neither of them expected—a dead body.

Once again, Shayla, Needles, Alex, and the rest of the gang are pulled into a murder investigation. As they dig into who might have wanted the werewolf shifter dead, the list of suspects keeps growing. Can Shayla and Needles uncover the killer before they strike again? And more importantly, can she do it while helping Serena with the twins’ second birthday party?

Welcome back to Enchanted Island! If you love paranormal cozy mysteries filled with witches, shifters, snarky sidekicks, small-town secrets, found family, laugh-out-loud humor, and a touch of romance, then the A Witch in the Woods series is for you!
